Mother of 3 months old boy. Had a csec delivery, my milk was low since birth of my child. Now I am having very low milk supply just 10 ml, have tried everything latching baby every 2 hrs, lactare tablets, lactonic granules, pumping nothing is working. Please suggest what should I do to increase my supply.

Get your thyroid and sugar levels checked. Drink a lot of fluids. You can take fenugreek, fennel and garlic in your diet. Try to keep yourself positive as the stress also reduces the breast milk amount.

Stimulus for milk secretion is sucking by baby. Frequent suckling by baby will help increased milk secretion. Increase your fluid intake. Take milk and milk products. Try not to give top feed to baby thinking that your milk is not enough for baby. Perseverence will definitely pay. Give your feedback after following this advice for at least 15 days.
