U can start walking and do some exercises. And diet too according to breastfeeding. Get a proper diet chart from nutritionist and exercise schedule from professional. Definitely things will improve.

Hi I am 31 years old and married for 5 years .I had an ectopic pregnancy on Jan 2018 and my right side fallopian tube is removed. All the tests have been normal for both of us. This month doctor gave fostine 75 injection for six days. And we are trying naturally. Will I get pregnant naturally? Are I should try IUI?

Your left Fallopian tube is intact. So definitely there are chances of natural pregnancy. If it fails then yes iui or ivf option is always there.
