Hi, apart from age & pregnancy, other factors that cause sagging breasts such as menopause, rapid weight loss or gain, strenuous exercise, nutritional deficiencies, smoking, over-tanning and wearing a poorly fitting bra. 1. Your best option would be to opt for bras with special support holders or pads at the bottom of the cup. These would keep your breasts in place and prevent further sagging 2. Maintain an optimum weight. It seems your wt is some what ok. 3. Drink plenty of water. 4. Eat nutritious food which include tomato, onion, garlic, carrot, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, pomegranate etc. And do exercises especially right chest exercises which helps you to tighten the pectoral area and surrounding ligaments and muscles. Eg; push ups, wt lifting. 5. Apply aloe vera gel to the breasts and massage gently in a circular motion for 10 minutes. Allow it to sit in the skin for another 10 minutes, then wash it off with cold water. Repeat this remedy 4 or 5 times a week to get effective results. 6. Ice can help tone the skin in and around the breast region. All you need to do is rub a few ice cubes over your breasts in wide circular motions. You can also wrap some crushed ice in a ziplock bag wrapped in a cloth and use the same way to massage your breasts. Massage for around 1 minute, as too much exposure to ice can cause numbness. Try this massage at regular intervals throughout the day to firm your breast muscles and skin.

Please pursue your interest in dancing without fear. Wearing wrong size bra sometimes causes sagging breasts. Go to a good lingerie shop, take their help in fixing your size and then buy. They will also be able to guide you about the proper innerwear which does not let the breasts shake while dancing. Drink plenty of water. Do the pt we used to do in childhood. Great help.

No breast massage or ointment will be helpful 4. Use an appropriate brassier with proper support and shoulder straps (running/gym bras could lend you good support)
