Sir my psychiatrist put me on psyvoxin 50 fluvoxamine 50 1-0-1 and syconil 12.5 mg clomipramine 12.5 mg) 0-0-1. This treat my depression very well I am ok now. But these two are only available in ludhiana (punjab). Now I lived in uttar pradesh. Here I got fluvoxin 50 ang clofranil 25. When I take these two medicine I do not get better response as I got while using psyvoxin and syconil. Online psychiatrist said it is due to bioavailability of drug of different brands. So what is proper dose fluvoxin 50 and clofranil 25 for me. Sir please tell me I am in depression.
