As I don't do activities whole day. I have to prepare for exams. What little diet should I take. My weight has increased and also the buttocks have become bigger please tell what should I do.

You have to include a lot of fruits in your diet especially pomegranate dates dry grapes juice bananas etc have dinner early and restrict rice for dinner. Even while you are studying (while sitting) you could lift up your leg till your knee level and release it. While doing this slowly unwanted fat accumulation will be reduced. Al the best.
