I am a 28 year old healthy young man who exercises regularly & wants to have good physique. I take a good balanced diet but I would request you to suggest me some safe ayurvedic herbs which would help me in mass & muscle again. I hear alot about shilajit, ashwagandha, shatavari, safe musli, koonch beej ,moosli pak, etc online. Which of these herbs are safe & can they be combined to increase their efficiency? Please suggest which of these herbs should I take & in what combination ,if they are safe to enhance my performance during workout & to gain good muscle mass. At present I am taking shilajit only once a day with milk.
