Hello doctor I am 20 year old female. Actually I am suffering from gas issues I guess because many a times I have gas problems. Also these days I guess it's getting serious because about one week back I got pinching weird pain in my stomach and region a bit above belly button and after that I went vomiting and also at the same time I was having nose bleeding. However it stopped the next day I was fine. Today I again was feeling heavy and I vomited a bit, but I noticed just a little drop of blood in it. What's this issue exactly.
