I had undergone bypass surgery in june 2017. I am also suffering from diabetes, hypothyroidism. I am taking thyrox, 62.5, pantocid dsr, tredzenta 5 mg, metocard 12. 5 mg, ecosprin av 75 mg. Recently my ecg has shown complete right bundle branch block. Whether this is dangerous. My blood sugar after breakfast is 190-195 and fasting 125, after lunch and dinner 150. Pl. Advise if any chane in meditation is required.

Your fating and pp blood sugar are mildly high. Fasting should be around 100 and pp 150-170. Get your hba1c test done. You need to increase your diabetes medicines in consultation with your treating physician. Right bundle branch block is not that dangerous.

hello . sugar levels are bit high. i suggest you to start homoepathic treatment for Diabetes and heart problems along with above Medicines to prevent further complications and it control sugar levels..
