Gd afternoon, actually mere dad depression ki dwaiya le rha hai last 14-15 years, its a genetic problem in my family abhi kuch time se arnd 3-4 mnths unki jo regular medicine chl rhi hai wo hai lithosun sr -400 mg - 1 tablet - once a day inderal -40 mg - 1/2 tablet - once a day to abhi kuch time se arnd 15-20 days nind disturb chl ri hai papa ki nind aa jti regular 9-9: 30 k arnd but raat ko 2-3 bze dstrb ho jati hai, fr uskw baad kafi bechaini rhti hai na so paate na aram se letne ka mann sara din yeah rhta hai ki kuch na kuch krte hi rhe bechaini hai kafi, neend k liye alprax 0.5 mg try ki Dr. Ne suggest ki thi but usse b kuch frk ni h zenpose - 1 mg,& soza -10 mg yeah sb try kr chuke hai to please suggest any medicine ki neend proper aaye whi 7-8 hrs ki and kuch bechaini kam ho.

Sorry main apko koi dawai ya tablet prescribe nahi kar sakti kyunki main psychologist hun. Dawai dena sirf psychiatrist hi kar sakte hain kyunki woh mbbs doctors hote hain. Turant apne psychiatrist se hi dawa prescribe karayen. Aur ek baat depression therapy se bhi theek hota hai, toh dawa ke saath aap therapy bhi karwain take unhe rahat mile. Therapy se unke problems ko solve karne ke tarike bataye jayenge jo kaafi madat kate hain. Aap ho sake toh unhe meditation, yoga, breathing exercises try karain, usse kafi fayda hoga.
