I had protected sex using condom with one of my senior. And later on I got some health issue like rashes, shortness of breath, hair fall, itching, swelled lump nodes, painful small lump on groin, hand nail infection, if I lift any weight I feel pain inside palm, am kinda scared now it's been 3 years am having this symptoms after 1 and half year symptoms wasn't there so I thought it is cured now again it started haunting me. And doctor told me txt for aec and the count was around 700 and serum ige was high. Before 2.5 years I had tested negative for hiv twice .i feel like am having syphilis? Or anything else?
