Sir I am 52 years male type 2 dm taking janumet50/500 1 tab be for last 6 month but my hb1ac 7 and fading sugar 149 pp 180 urea creatinine lft complete haemogram normal lipid profile normal taking stator 10 and telmisartan 40 in morning my question is whether tenegliptin or vildagliptin will be better for me as fasting is high but my doctor is not willing to change kindly advice my wt is 57 but it was 65 but I gradually stated losing at after taking metformin I am a orthopaedic surgeon non smoker takes alcohol twice in a wk approx 90 ml moderately busy work in a medical college please advice regarding my treatment protocol.
