Im feeling pressure and discomfort in my throat and chest (maybe esophagus). It feels like I need to burp, but i'm not sure whether it was some food I swallowed a while ago. It makes me uncomfortable, and makes me nauseous. What to do? Note: i've been told by a doctor months ago, that I have an irritated esophagus as a symptom from gerd or reflux. Is this pressure and pain caused from swallowing food?
