Hey I am 18 and these days the slightest of the exertion results in a slight fever, feeling like I wanna puke, bad headache like tgats real painful and pain in eyes I am a badminton player and gling in for workouts I used to play 3 hours without break And now I feel weak in 1 hour or do I feel I have lost the stamina But why do I feel so despite having a normal diet (as in suggested for players) ( and I dont diet)
