The normal range of vitamin d is between 20 to 40 ng /ml. As you're suffering from too much deficiency you need to supply it through medication and diet. Take d3 must 60k (cholecalciferol chewable tablets 60000iu) once in a week. And also add vitamin d rich foods like fish, almond, mushrooms, eggs, orange juice, cod liver oil ,prawns, butter, curd etc in to your diet. Though it may be difficult to go out these days, if possible, try to get exposed to sun light atleast for 1 hour in a day. Vitamin d is important as it is the key nutrient in promoting bone health. But remember overdose of vitamin d has many adverse effects. From leading to poor appetite it cause dehydration, nausea, weak muscles and diarrhea. Too much vitamin d can also lead to cardio vascular disease. In this case, as your suffering from too much deficiency over dose may not happen drink plenty of water, use vitamin d tables accordingly and also manage your diet.
