I am having too much hair fall. My hair were thick before but now they are falling so much, and nobody in my family has/had hair fall problem. I used heating irons on my hair for a long time, but now I have stopped. Can this damage be reversed and is there any way my hair stops from falling? I have cut my hair short but then too they have become so thin. every time I put oil they fall. Evrytime I shampoo, they fall. And from both the sides, near the forehead, they have shedded a lot.
