Pain under heel of left leg only when I get up from bed in morning. As day progresses no pain and no difficulty in walking. But if underside of foot heel is pressed using thumb then pain is felt at any time of day. No swelling. No spurs. No redness. Right foot has no problem. Age 36, weight 67.5,bmi 22.6. No medication taken. I jump skipping rope 1 hour everyday. Before lockdown used to go jogging for 1 hour all days but now only skipping 10000 times. Please advise. Thanks.
