Arb group of medicine like olmezest is good for patient having ckd .you are also taking fruselac which contains frusemide and spiranolactone which is equally good. However one should be careful to monitor serum creatinine and also potassium as both olmezest and spiranolactone can raise your postassium if taken unmonitored. I would advice you to monitor your bp at home daily in the morning for coming 3 days and also repeat your sr. Creatinine and sr. Potassium. You can consult me with your bp records and the said report which will further help me to optimise your bp medication. Also get your sugar profile once (fbs and ppbs)
