For tha last few days every night I feel pain in my side teeth, though I clean my teeth with brush. Teeth are not blackened. I am a diabetic patient also. So please suggest any remedy. Thank you.

Dear lybrate-user, gum disease and periodontitis are very common in diabetic patients. Therefore, I feel you must get your dental checkup done by dentist doctor to rule out any tooth decay and gum disease. This will avoid further complications and tooth loss. Best regards.

Sometimes decay is not visible you have to take xray of the tooth to confirm the treatment.

Hi lybrate-user, diabetes may lead to gum recession which is a serious problem in diabetic patients it may lead to recession and tooth exposure subsequently leading to pain. You should control your sugar levels if your gums have recided seriously then a flap surgery is required your bone will be receding and that leads to further complications try and take photographs and take a personal appointment will discuss on this further.
