If there is protrusion then braces are the only option. But if the teeth are irregular then you can go with smile designing like placement of veneers.

Cost will be from 8000. You need gum surgery if the recession is too high or you need just scaling and rootplaning if the recession is less.

You need to undergo scaling and root planing. If that doesn't help then you should undergo a flap surgery.
