Hi doctors, I am seeing 1-2 kg weight variation daily in mine life. I weigh myself before going for motion. It shows 90/.2 I weigh myself after coming from motion, it shows 89. 1 kg. It will again become 90 around the evening. I know there is some variation weight in the day due to water but does this much weight variation is ok. I did my cbc, esr, crp, and liver function 3 months back. All were ok. I have read about weight reduction and cancer relations. I am scared since then.
