Blood sugar need better titration. Better to keep ppbs at around 160 mg and fasting at around 120. Medicine needs titration. Follow a better diet control and increase physical activity at home im form of yoga. You can consult online at Lybrate or on video conference after making an appointment at number given on profile.

Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. As I can see she is on quite a few medicines. Her fasting and PP glucose levels are fairly high. Ideally FBG should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg & PP 150 to 170 mg. & HbA1c% < 7%(not mentioned) Since she is already taking quite a few drugs, there is a need to give a closer look at her diet. She should reduce the intake of carbohydrates, increase intake of green leafy vegetables, salads and certain fruits. Plus do some exercise at home. so that there is some extra glucose utilised. She also has comparatively more weight with a BMI of 25.4 kgs/Sq meter, her ideal body weight should be about 58 kgs. So a few kg wight reduction will also help in reducing the glucose levels. As regards Voglibose that is normally recommended with food. So if she forgets, it can be taken just after also. Thanks.
