Wisdom tooth erupting in angular direction needs to be extracted. Delay in extraction may effect the tooth just ahead of it by creating push and pressure on it. It's also very important to keep clean the effected area and in fact the complete oral cavity as well. You can use hexidine mouth wash and also warm saline rinses 3-4 times daily and after each meal. Refrain yourself from any hot applications and do not apply balm or such things. Twitching sometimes is due to the stress and anxiety associated with your dental problem and also if you are not eating properly. Take good nutritious diet. Include more of vegetables fruits cereals milk. Drink adequate water. You should consult a physician also if twitching is too much and all over body.
