I have disc problem from 5 years but pain comes to back and whole leg after some weeks and then I get recovered after taking some pain killers but this time I am suffering from the pain at thighs and back please recommend some exercises or youtube videos so that I get relief.

Hi lybrate-user. The back pain you are suffering is now radiating to leg thats the reason you are feeling pain in thigh and if you do not care it will radiate more downwards untill foot. Here I will suggest you for exercises which privides strength but I also suggest you for x-ray of ls to confirm the level of disc issue. Lower tummy strengthening. 2. Deep abdominal strengthening. 3. Bridge. 4. Pelvis tilt. 5. Lower back stretch. 6. Leg stretch. 7. Piriformis stretch.
