Dr. one month back when tested vit b12 deficiency anemia I had problem with balance blurred eyes weakness sore throat spasm tingling and numbness in fingers and feet neurological problems. After doctor prescription supplementation after 30 days most problem solved but neurological problem and sore throat with insomnia is still exist. So how many days it will take to correct after proper diet with supplementation.

Follow up vit b12 testing is necessary periodically to confirm that vit b12 medication was adequate. If reading is normal and neurological problem which you are trying to refer remains, then other causes if any for that will have to be explored by consulting a physician. If you are a strict vegan then deficiency may return, which has to be detected by repeat tests. Insuch case monthly injection is necessary probably permanently. Your physician will guide you. Sore throat has different cause like allergy etc. Insomnia is due to anxiety. This will have to be taken care differently.
