Bifilac is not for constipation. If your child has difficulty in passing stool and hard stool then you should stop topmilk. Give adequate liquid diet along with high fiber diet which improve constipation. If diet nit work then only use laxative syp.

Bifilac sachet is a probiotic. Usually given in children with loose watery stools. For constipation, high fibre diet and sufficient water intake is necessary. Certain stool softener medications maybe needed. The doses of these depend on the weight of the child.

No need to give bifilac sachet. Better give ripe banana, vegetables ,water for around 1 litre over 24 hour. If baby take cow milk ,stop cow milk. And try to help defecate after just feed minimum 2-4 times in a day bcoz in baby's motion come just after feed.

For constipation main thing is to increase fibres and water intake. Reduce intake of maida products. Syrup lactulose 2.5 ml 2 times a day for 3 months also should be started. (dose can b reduced once passing soft stools)
