My tsh is 4.32, t4 is 9. 3 and t3 is135. 8 no symptoms. Only has unexplained pain with swellings on forearm, then one eye, then on back of lower head, and lastly on jaw -- at 2-3 months intervals one by one. No bacteria found cbc is normal. One doctor has advised thyrox 12.5 not yet started. Pl advise if drug is needed as no symptoms. Also what is the reason for sequential swellings. Can it be due to thyroid or autoimmunity? I am 22 years, 62 kg healthy student.

Hello, Thanks for the query. As I understand the question regarding a female, however, there is no mention of her age, weight, height is given. What is the use of providing your details and asking about the lady? As regards TSH 4.32 mU/L and other hormone levels(which are normal), there is absolutely no need for taking Levothyroxine in any dosage. She has absolutely normal functioning thyroid gland. Thanks.
