I am a neuro and chronic depression male 74 yrs. And taking medicines regularly. For depression I am taking veniz xr 150 mg twice a day, serta 100 mg 2 tabs at bedtime, agoprex 25 mg 1 tab at night, alzolam 0.25 mg with regular htn medicines other than neuro medicines like syndopa plus etc prescribed by institute of neuro sciences, kolkata. But due to lock down, I can't contact the doctors physically or over phone. For last few days, I am feeling fearful mind and restless nees along with depression which is unbearable. Kindly suggest sos medicines for immediate relief. Please send your valued advise at your earliest for which I will be ever grateful to you. All out doors of public and private hospitals are closed due to covid 19 during lock down period.

It suggest anxiety has increased a lot.bits time u shoud start for some therapy sessions. do activity schedule n yoga n exercise. follow them. positive thinking... mindfulness will be best tool for now

As I can see you are already on multiple antidepressants and that too on pretty high dose. Considering your age it would not be wise to add on any further medicine or increase dosage further. Some medicine might be changed. That needs to be done after a proper and detailed assessment. Preferably consultation by physical presence. Please try to consult some doctor in clinic or at govt. Hospital. Consultation at Lybrate is also possible but in your case I would suggest you to first try going to any psychiatrist physically. Either private setup or govt. Setup.
