Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. Pioglitazone and tenelegliptin are two different medications with different actions. Hence, I am aware of your current situation that is fasting, pp glucose levels, hba1c%, weight, height, dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise as well as lipid profile and bp it is difficult to give an opinion.
