My wife 50 years is under treatment for hypothyroid since last 8 months. Her tsh was 15 at the beginning of treatment and now it is 10. The dosage of thyroxine tablet is 75 mg she is also taking medicine for bipolar and phyco-mania symptom. The bipolar and mania symptoms are not visible now. The current problem is, the joint pain, weakness, weight gain, piles/ constipation etc. (even though there is much improvement in sleeplessness and memory loss) now she wanted to sleep at-least 12 -13 hours in a day. So not able to do house hold works. Please suggest want to do now. Medicine taking, thyroxine -75 mg. Valprol- 500 mg. Olimelt 5 mg.
