I am diabetic & taking zalra m 50/850 but due to non availability of this in mkt due to lighten can I continue diapride m2 for some time.

Hello, Thanks for the query. The product mentioned is containing Vildagliptin 50 mg + Metformin 850 mg, where as Tablet Diapride M2 contains Glimiperide 2 mg with Metformin 500 mg. Both combinations are different. Since there is no mention of your blood glucose levels (fasting & PP) it is difficult to give any opinion. Because Glimiperide is a strong drug and can reduce glucose levels more. Thanks.
