From past 4 days i'm having headache similar to sinus headache, shortness of breath and dry cough (not much). I don't have cold or fever it's only the above mentioned symptoms. I have anaemia but I have never experienced shortness of breath before. My head throbs when I react quickly or bend or even when I sneeze or cough. I took calpol and avil tablets on the 2nd day. It simply reduced the headache but it was back again. The headache, cough and shortness of breath becomes more and worse during evening and night. I'm afraid it might be the symptoms of cavity-19. I have no fever or cold. I sometimes feel loss of appetite. I eat a little less than I usually used to eat. Please help me. Do I need to get it checked?
