I'm 46 old, woman, diabetic my sugar levels are control like fasting 110, post 118, bp also normal but i'm weighing 65 kgs my creatine levels are 1.2, doctor advised me to control weight i'm taking a cup of brown rice in the lunch, morning any breakfast like multi grain rava upma r idly r oats etc night chapati with any curry etc please suggest me proper diet to control my weight.

Your diet is fully adequate also take lot of salad before each meal fruits of low glycemic index in between meal.
