No need for any medicines ,it can be reversed completely with diet and lifestyle changes alone high bp is a lifestyle disease due to 1) faulty diet 2) poor lifestyle choices 3) stress 4) vitamin and mineral deficiencies. It can be cured naturally without any medications with diet, lifestyle and supplements alone .medicines will never cure bp. It will only control bp 1) has your Dr. done all the 4 tests for inflammation in the body 2) did your Dr. do all 12 vitamin levels- 3) eight minerals levels. Deficiency of both vitamins and minerals can cause high bp .free advice will never work because your disease triggers needs to be identified which is time consuming .you have to understand this first. You only get what you pay .doctors are more interested in controlling disease than curing disease which is more profitable to them .you have not provided details like your nature of job, dietary habits, lifestyle, sleep, stress ,environment where you live and work. These factors are triggers for your high bp if you want only a temporary fix continue with your current doctor and take lifelong medicines and develop more new diseases. If you want a permanent fix take a consultation send feedback with name and number. Consult me if you really value your health and if you are seriously interested in reversing your high bp for ever without medicines.

Hello, if you are checking bp with electronic machine then don't take medicines immediately. Check your bp for 8-10 days at physician's clinic. If it persists on higher side then consult with physician & then only start the medicine. Avoid fried food, sweets. Do regular exercise.
