Hi, I am 30 years male. I got my vitamin b12 as 162 pg/ml which came in low category. Correct range was showing from 185 to 883. Should I go for some injections? I am taking neurobion forte tab (once daily) for recovery. Is it ok? Thanks for the advise. Regards.
