I am 32 year old female with no previous health concerns. My symptoms are unintentional weight loss 25% of body weight in three years both fat and muscle wasting, I have had irregular heartbeat and heart palpitations for one year and for three months accompanied with trembling hands and dizziness, I have muscle and bone pains in limbs and back, I have fatigue and exhaustion, I have thrombocytosis for ten years. My thyroid and regular blood tests were normal as was my ecg taken in rest. What is wrong?

Hi Lybrate-user, Good that the tests done are normal. These symptoms are indicative of deficiency of vitamin b12. Which helps in niland strengthening of muscles. It would be better if you can get your b12, vit d and serum calcium tests done. Also check if there is any underlying stress or tension. Regularise you diet and exercises, work on positive thoughts and action consistently. Visit a good homeopathic physician near you, nature based treatment is advisable.
