Actually I have gynecomastia and I am very depressed, tensed and feeling suicidal. I am very sad indeed. I have grade 3 .but I am scared of surgery .and my parents says ye automatically sahi ho jaye. Aesa kuch nahin hota .aab aap hi bataye kese sahi hota. Me apni situation ko kese handle karunga pain aur discomfort bhi ho rha he aur size increase ho rha he aur pain aur embarrassment bhi bahut ho rha he.

Gynecomastia is an enlargement or swelling of breast tissue in males. It is most commonly caused by male estrogen levels that are too high or are out of balance with testosterone levels. The diagnosis is based on physical symptoms, breast exam, medical history and medication review, and other exams. Breast pain and tenderness are common symptoms. Often times a firm rubbery disk of tissue, located directly beneath the nipple area, is felt during the exam. The lump is easily moveable within the breast tissue. These tests are usually ordered to rule out breast cancer possibilities.
