No it is not normal blood pressure you do one thing get your bp checked for 3 times a day for 3 days make a chart then accordingly I will advice you what medicines to be started ok.

What is your age? It's high. Is it high for the first time. If so then wait for 2-3 days, then get it checked again. If still high or if you r having some problem because of high bp then you will need to start medicines. But my advice is do lifestyle changes to control bp and you can take homeopathic medicines which can be withdrawn easily as if bp will be controlled by lifestyle modifications.
