I have a joint pain. A small piece of bone is travelling here and there. Diagnosed by doctor. One doctor suggested for operation and other suggested to take rest. Whenever I walk there is pain I can't control. Pls help what to do. I am taking following meds. 1. Collasmart a (morn+even 1each time) 2. Orcerin gm (1each day)

If there is moving osteophyte persent in joint then surgry is good option rather than you go for physiotherapy.

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.
