My father age - 69 years. Coronary angiography was done last week. Below is the report details :- indication - cad chronic stable angina class ll, old iwm1. Route - right femoral artery. Calcified coronaries lmca: distal left main has eccentric 70% stenosis lad: type ll vessel. Ostial lad has 80% stenosis. Mid lad has focal plaquing. Lcx: non-dominant and small to moderate in calibre. Proximal lcx has plaquing. Distal lcx has 50 % stenosis. Ramus: moderate sized and normal. Rca: dominant and heavily calcified. Mid rca has 100% occlusion. Pda and plv is filling through retrograde collaterals and are large vessels. Lima/rima: normal. Impression: calcific multi vessel coronary disease with lmca involvement. Past medical history - earlier suffered two heart attacks on years 1995 and 2002. Detected with prostate cancer in 2018 which was spread on spine and caused vertebrae collapse. Screw rod fixation was also done for support. Detected with diabetes last year. Please guide for treatment options. Thanks and regards.
