Hello. Doctor for the past one year I have doing a headstand/handstand. Recently I am facing chest congestion. Actually when I am doing headstand at that time I am not facing the problem it start after sometime. I feel more when I lie down. The upper left side of my abdomen feels irritated from the inside and I feel the tension in the chest but I didn't notice any heart attack symptom. So tell me what should I do and what is the permanent solution. Please help me.
