Actually I can not explain the pain and all that going inside. My mind kept on thinking suicidal thoughts. Pain is getting worse and worse I am unable to explain the pain .i feel like the pain rotates overall my head. There is facial pain too. It becomes worse at night. My hands and feet are sweating a lot, especially in the daytime. slight dizziness is there. Still writing all these there is a constant pain in the center of my forehead. Could you Please tell me what is all this is something serious?
