Hello, I am 21 year old. I found that I have hypothyroidism (tsh 30) in april 2019. First, I ignored it after 3 month I checked again and I started taking medicine as doctor prescribed. When I started taking medicine I noticed heavy hair loss (now I am almost bald) and huge weight loss (about 9 kg), I am already a hard gainer. I was too thin since my birth. I tried so many doctor and medicine but nothing worked. I was 43 kg at age 20 with 5,11" height I worked so hard for 1 year to gain some weight (daily 3 hr gym + diet). 2 month ago I was like 70 kg (before taking any medicines) now I am 61 kg. I don't know what happened to me please help me.
