My friend have a problem of hair fall ,working in cities causing dandruff, can you give any suggestion.
1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

Whenever I journey anywhere at night by train. I feel sleeplessness and when try to sleep. Feel fear (ghabrahat), heart beat increases, , fully feel uncomfortable and unable to sleep whenever journey anywhere, , can you suggest me what can I do to in this situation? ? As per your description of your situation, it shows that you have anxiety from traveling in train in night. This situation of yours may be because of that you associated some fear with traveling in night and it has become anxiety of traveling in night. Before planning for next journey, start one exercise at your home daily: when you go on bed for sleeping, before sleeping after closing eyes visualize whole situation in which you have fear, while you are lying on bed. In this process, you may have fear again but immediately stop your visualization, start deep breathing for approx five minutes and after deep breathing, start again visualization that situation, if you face fear again, go for deep breathing. Practice this whole process every day for at least ten minutes. I hope, you will get relief.

receding gums are sign of gum infection due to accumulation of plaque on teeth. go for scaling and polishing of teeth. use mouthwash twice daily after brushing. maintain proper oral hygiene.

Hello sir, I am 20 years old and i am getting fat since 2 years. My weight is increasing slowly but regularly now it is 75kg. My diet is very strict no junk food nothing. I dring bitter gourd juice everyday as gud antioxident and exercise daily, then I dont understand the reason of weight gain, whay should I do?

Dear, your bmi is 24.5 which if you gain more will make you over weight. You need to maintain this weight. Bitter gourd juice I feel can be avoided as it increases pitta and at 19 years age you have anyways pitta predominance. I suggest you cut down on carbohydrates in your diet, have a lot of green salad and keep a daily exercise regimen. You should target your weight around 70 kgs. Best of luck.

Blood test. Sono garaphy sab karaya sab normal hai. Sir mujhe ling ko le krr ab ghabrahat uljhan rhti hai pura din. Sir me kya karu kuch samjh me nhi aarha. Kaam me mann nhi lagta. Please help me. This is dhatuksheenta or prameha....you should take chandraprabha vati 1-1 tab with milk twice a day...and pranacharya dhatupaushtik churna with milk twice a day...avoid tea and coffee...

Dear user. FERTILE PHASE is the phase of a female's menstrual cycle when an egg (ovule) is released from the ovaries. In humans, ovulation occurs about midway through the menstrual cycle, after the follicular phase. The few days surrounding ovulation (from approximately days 10 to 18 of a 28 day cycle), constitute the most fertile phase. So if you have ejaculatory sexual inter course from day 10 from the first day of period and to day 20, the chances of pregnancy are much more. There are many determinants of pregnancy. You should be sexually matured. Your partner should be sexually matured. The period of your partner should be in the fertile stage. Female egg and male sperm cells should be healthy enough. Then female uterus should be capable to get conceived. If all these are satisfied, the pregnancy could be a result. Take care.

Hi I am having severe pains in my right heels. It worsens specifically in the morning while getting up from bed and while trying to get up from a sitting position. Please let me know the reason and what could be done to get rid of this. Is there any home remedy or medicine available?

Hi . I think you may be suffering from plantar fascitis or calcaneal spur. Take an xray, it may shoe extra bone growth in your heel if its calcaneal spur. First we concentrate on pain relieving by 7 days of ultrasound therapy. Meanwhile you can do contrast bath bath i. E. Immerse your leg in luke warm water with pinch of salt for 10mins then cold water for 10mins. Do it 3 times per week. When the pain completely subsides then do strengthening of sole of foot muscles by crushing towel by placing it under your sole on floor. Dont wear heels, use soft sole slippers.

Hello Hair fall is due to hair nourishment deficiency. Pitta (heat) increase in body damages the hairs & hair roots. Do the following measures. Apply a good quality coconut oil daily in hairs. Do gentle massage of scalp daily in night. Do not eat late night. Avoid spicy food. Indigestion if any should be corrected. Regularize food eating timings. Avoid fast food. Take sound sleep at night. Do not sleep during day. Do daily morning walk 30 mins. Mind well if body is healthy then hairs will also be healthy. Do this & if needed revert back we have very effective medicines for hair growth.

The end of a relationship often feels like the end of the world. After all the time and energy you have invested in it, it is very painful when it gets over. Keep in mind that life is full of ups and downs; nothing is permanent. The pain you feel today will go away with time. Give yourself time to heal. Give time, time. In the meanwhile don't isolate yourself from your friends and family. Confide in someone you are comfortable with. Make a list of life goals, and plan how to achieve them. Relationships are an important part of your life, but they are not everything. Spend time with those close to you, indulge in some enjoyable activities. Keep yourself busy. Slowly you will see that there is a lot to life. However if you are feeling suicidal, consult a psychiatrist immediately. Don't wait to feel worse.
