Hello doctor, I am a 22 years old female. I have a iron deficiency. I got many dark spots on my face and uneven skin tone. My hands and legs are getting dark day by day. My eyes are sunken with dark circles my dermatologist suggested to me take orofer xt tablets for 3 months. Though I didn't find any change. Please suggest me.
