Hi, Unable to sleep for constant 20 to 40 hours even after constant yawning and tiredness, always exhausted if done nothing for 1 or 2 days too. Shortness of breath - can't climb staircases or put bedsheets on the face while sleeping. Even if I sleep, get awake in 2 or 3 hours and then no matter what or how I try, cannot sleep for 1 or 2 days again! this has started a week or 2 ago, since I started taking deviry and orofer for my vitamin d and iron deficiencies. Doctor have be alprazolam to take for 3 days before sleep as it would become a couple but that didn't work either! have anaemia since menstruation started, had irregular periods ever since that lasted 10 days almost, the doctor asked to take birth control like crisanta or yasmin for 3 months to regularize it, which worked! I stopped taking those 3 months back and now the menses are normal but the blood loss made me deficient to all the above-mentioned things as per tests so I stayed the tablets and have high palpitations almost always and shortened of breath and unable to sleep completely.
