Hi doctor, I have pcos. Now im planning for pregnancy, in jan I had aborted. Now trying to conceive. My doctor suggests ccq 100 from 2nd day of my periods. And ova fit tablets, I used as per her. Then she asked me to come on 11th day of my period for scanning ultrasound. She saw and she said egg ruptures, then she gave corpogest and ecosprin tablets .is this treatment correct to conceive? And now I have blot clots passing?

Hello. It is important that your health is optimised before you try for pregnancy as you had a miscarriage in jan and at the same time you are having pcos. Hope your tsh, prolactin and blood sugar (fasting as well postprandial) are within normal limits .so also your bp and lipid profile z in pcos there is associated with increased insulin and androgen level which increases the risk of miscarriage. You can start with letrozole and metformin, followed by folliculometry for monitoring follicle development so that hcg inj can be given for triggering release of egg and timed intercourse.
