Bloated is my major problem and all time constipation gas. I feel weakness .plz suggest me.

To correct your constipation you must increase fibre in your diet by consuming a lot of leafy vegetables and salads. Seeds like flax seeds and pumpkin seeds are rich in fibre too. Increase your water intake to 3 litres per day, drink a glass of warm milk with 1 tsp ghee in it before going to bed. Of these changes are not sufficient then homoeopathic medicines can be prescribed after case history. Kindly contact for further information regarding the same.
