Intake of oral contraceptive pills may cause nausea vomiting and gastritis, upper abdomen pain in some patients. With time there is an improvement in these symptoms. If nausea persists then in next cycle you can switch over to low dose oral contraceptive pills like dronis 30. Itching in the vagina could be due to some vaginal infection.
