Hello my name is ajay pal singh and I am 20 years old it seems two to three months I gain so much fat my my past weight is is 60 kgs and my current weight is 90 kg please help me e to diet what should I eat or not.

Hello lybrate-user! to overcome obesity avoid fatty and fried foods and excess sugars in the form of cold drinks and preserved juices. Include protein rich foods which include pulses, milk and milk products, eggs and chicken, should have fiber-rich foods which help you to pass smooth bowels. Have lots of vegetables and fruits. Include 5 almonds or 5 pieces of walnuts once a day daily in your diet. Do the exercise for at least 30 to 40 minutes. Weight loss is a combination of diet and exercise. Its depends on the individual'ss body. Do stomach exercise to lose belly fat. Thank you.
