Dear Lybrateuser, -Your problem could be due to acidity, follow some dietary precautions: - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods, also limit tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day if you have more, gas forming foods such as beans, pulses, dairy products, vegetables such as cabbage, cauliflower, kale, broccoli, raw onion, garlic & tomatoes, aerated drinks, gums & alcohol if you have - chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals for proper digestion, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals, have a light dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - take tablet pan 40, 1 tablet daily half an hour before breakfast - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper hydration and digestion - do regular exercise like walking & yoga for proper digestion.
